Fix footers not starting with numbers (*) for example

some books uses symbols other than numbers as foot note markers.This is currently not handled correctly

all the book (سير أعلام النبلاء) uses "*" mark for foot note for each title : see this page for example and compare it to the official data there is a footnote starting with * below footnote (1)
