Description
Sometimes there are channels which have frequent questions without people trying to scroll just 2 messages higher to see the very answer for the same thing they just asked.
Introducing............. FAQ shortcuts!!!!
It's a database of keywords paired with longer answer. Anyone in a corresponding channel can then use the keyword (eg. "const") to get a frequent aswer pulled straight from the bot database (eg. "Have you tried making problematic functions const?"). Such faq answers would be easily accessible by anyone with simple command like ..const, ..helpdesk, ..skripta, etc.
To prevent (unintended) spam, every time this thing would be used, specific channel will be placed on a 10 second cooldown to prevent several users typing the same answer.
To prevent misuse, shortucts would be settable only by teachers (boosters? staff? idk)
