[Leveler] Feature request - Auto assign badges when given by lvladmin badges link / and or by leveler.

Currently, it's awesome people can receive badges by badges link to a level. But I think it would be really nice if badges were automatically added to their profile IF there's space free. This way people won't have to spam commands either to show their badges.
