Add userid to default package name

This is a new feature with beta 7 of Android Studio. If nothing else, it will probably make code labs easier.

@stevemessick, I added this to the backlog milestone; is this something we still want to do?

In the absence of our own UX research I'd say we should go with the defaults set by Android Studio. So, yeah we should get this in before long, but it can wait until the next-next release.

I'd forgotten all about it. Good thing we're keeping track some where :)

For reference, this is part of the default package name, set on the first page of the new project wizard in Android Studio.
