There are 2 levels of feedback that we need-

• Automatic question should go asking if the bot’s response was helpful with emoji reactions (e.g., 👍 or 👎) once the bot response goes out (Applicable only for questions where an answer is given- Not the one with standard message)
• Using a simple command/ click, the Support team should be able to ask for feedback/rating (1 to 5) at the end of query resolution
