Getting issue for the runner

Description

I am using the angular for the frontend and laravel for the backend .
i was used the github but i want to shift too Gittea.
on github my test cases are running properly but i am getting issue for the Gitea .
i checked the all docs for that , when i push the code on gitea then test cases action only in the waiting , so how to solve this issue please tell us .
we are trying from last 15 days .

You'll need to provide a bit more details - logs, minimal job that does it and at the very least a list of steps to get to this state. No one here has access to your particular instance, workflows and runners so it's hard to guess what the issue here might be.
Also you marked that you can reproduce the issue on gitea.com, but you haven't provided a link.
