High rate of events from some gromox processes #177

gromox-2.48.161.gcc55a07-lp156.91.1.x86_64
The system is in total idle state, no clients are logged on.
Despite that some gromox executables show high activity, e.g. 19.7 events/s from /usr/libexec/gromox/delivery.
Is this active polling?
If yes, can the processes be changed to an event driven technology?
