Rephrase repositories about section

My goal is to make the repository shine!
While our readme is now very much fancy looking, I think that our current about section is ugly:

A statically compiled gdb/gdbserver-16.x repository

I prompted ChatGPT for some ideas and here are the best 2:

1. Precompiled static GDB/GDBserver 16.x – portable, lightweight, and ready to use.
2. Static GDB & GDBserver 16.x: Debug anywhere, no dependencies required.
