We do this so that we won't re-build the docker for each of the architectures.

This cannot work (easily) due to github creating a seperate job for each of the matrix options. the only way would be to upload the docker as an artifact, which i do not want to do. anyways, @roddyrap will resolve the problem via his pr, so we should be fine. |
