ilrmsd module filename issue

Description:
I’m getting the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'ilrmsd_0.matrix'

The ilrmsd files are generated without the .matrix suffix in their names (e.g., ilrmsd_0, ilrmsd_1, etc.), but the code expects filenames like ilrmsd_0.matrix. As a result, the files are not recognized.
