So that I am better able to use it

Technical Notes

• currently the configuration of the Files Historic Plugin is limited in some regards:
  • once we have a directory structure set/created initially in the first time we have started the application, we cannot really change configurations that affect the structure, mainly root path and powersOfTenPerZipFileContents (how many files we have in a zip)
  • any change to these parameters will create issues after an initial setup
• we should either assert the impossibility of change of these parameters after an initial setup or have some mechanism where we can independently change each and every one of these parameters
  • a quick suggestion here was to have ranged sets with configurations used when working on the given set of blocks
