I want to Keep the BN up to date with latest dependencies versions
So that security and critical patches can be applied as soon as possible.

Technical Notes
Commonly the Release manager for the next sprint should handle the dependabot duties, so the Release manager of 0.12.0 should review and merge the dependabot PRs targeting 0.12.0-SNAPSHOT this will give alternace, so whoever handles the release a given sprint, does not have to concern with dependabots that sprint.

Add to this Ticket all the associated PRs reviewed, either merged or not.
