Include mirror node usage and basic queries in getting-started guides

At the moment, the getting-started section doesn't really talk about the mirror node, how you can use it, and what the difference is with consensus nodes. It should be included as a short tutorial that works on top of the existing getting started content to educate users on how to use it.
