"Transfer Tokens" page does not describe cases where additional signatures are required

Description

The "Transfer Tokens" page here talks about the sender signing the transfer transaction, and talks about custom fee tokens, but does not mention that in the case of a a token with a royalty fee the token receiver must also sign the transaction.

This page should in fact mention all such cases (if there are any more) where an additional signature beyond the sender is needed.
