Problem

The Jumbo Transaction feature has been implemented; however, the associated tests were previously disabled due to the lack of support in the local-node. With the release of local-node version 2.36.3, Jumbo Transaction support is now available. As a result, it is necessary to upgrade the Relay’s local-node dependency to version 2.36.3 and re-enable the Jumbo Transaction tests accordingly.

Solution

• pump local-node to 2.36.3
• enable Jumbo Transaction tests
