[Feature request] Ability to pipe bytes stream to stdout in huggingface-cli download

so the http streaming is the same, with webdataset it uses curl/wget etc to pipe the byte stream over http ... if the cli tool based transfers have improved, to get streaming for users to the same (or better) level the cli tool would need a mode where it can pipe a contiguous byte stream over stdout like curl/wget
