What do you think needs to be updated?

The current documentation for network requirements seems incomplete.
When running the sat-host-check script which is provided here, it fails with an error indicating it cannot reach cdn.redhat.com.

Allowing *.redhat.com through the firewall resolved the issue.
Please update the documentation to include this requirement.

It looks like the host-check script failed on a call to yum info python38 on this RHEL8 node, which I think is just an attempt to verify that the RHEL node that the customer is responsible for provisioning in the first place is able to connect out to Red Hat's repos to get rpms/packages for RHEL. And it looks like cdn.redhat.com is at least one of the repos it needs to connect to.

It probably wouldn't hurt to put that in our list of requirements. It wouldn't be specific to any region, but might be specific to what type/version the host is using. I don't know the details of what host types we support Satellite clusters, so we will probably want someone who knows that to provide those details. But assuming this host-check script is right, we could add something to the host requirements that say:

"For RHEL8 hosts, ensure they are configured properly to pull packages from Red Hat repositories. Running something like yum info python38 will test this. Note that it will require outbound access to these Red Hat repositories, for instance to cdn.redhat.com"

For RHEL9 and RHCOS it might be different, or this might not be needed, I don't know.
