Add support for ICAT schema changes expected in icat.server 6.2.

This involves at least:

• providing an XML schema definition icatdata-6.2.xsd for the ICAT data file format adapted to the new schema,
• some updates in the icat.dump_queries module to make sure that content in the new schema is properly exported by icatdump,
• accordingly extended test data.
