full screen mode

This is somewhat related to, or perhaps a replacement for, #12, but catcorr.js was designed to be used on big monitors in full screen mode. I haven't had enough time to properly look into this, but the HTML5 full-screen API looks promising and should be able to be done on arbitrary html elements. Link dump:
