chore: sdk bump, chromatic removal and token balance fix [LW-13249] (#1953)

* bumped sdk versions to use fix which gets assets decimals from onchain_metadata if present
* removed chromatic CI checks. Not relevant anymore
* fixed assets balance to ignore decimals for NFTs.
