Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there a resolution for it please? Thank you.

This is happening on my Galaxy Watch 7, using a S24 Ultra phone if that matters.

And what is the problem?
It works exactly as designed. It shows a foreground service notification as dictated by Android (WearOS) for apps running in the background: https://developer.android.com/develop/background-work/services/fgs
The text "Runs to exchange data" is shown if the glucose values are received from another device (the phone) when Juggluco was started. If the watch was directly connected with the sensor when Juggluco was started "Runs to connect to sensor" is shown instead.
