Order rejected using order_buy_fractional_by_price

Hey everyone, sometimes when I place a trade using order_buy_fractional_by_price it goes through. Other times it gets rejected by robinhood for unknown reasons. The API response is the same for a rejected vs executed trade, yet for rejected trades I get an email saying the trade was rejected. Attached is the email response.

It routes to this link which makes me think it has something to do with the broker not accepting it.

I am not to provide you with an answer because I've been trying to figure this issue for a few years now and I just haven't found a reasonable one. I've posted about this same issue in the past .... got nothing out of it.
I know it happens and I've leaned to accept it and deal with it. I can share my theories, but what fun that will be, you better come up with your own. Good Luck and let me know.

That occasionally happens because Robinhood routes your order to different providers that can perform the transaction. If one such provider can't do it for whatever reason, it will get rejected. Just simply try again.
