i have compile the latest pcre2.dll and i want to make vbPCRE2.dll to be fullly compapible with vbscript

This ActiveX library is normally work for me in VBScript.
What problems do you have?

Also, making fork of project, then sending pull request - that is what github is intended for (for collaboration work).
About PRCE2 lib, you could just create a repository with detailed instruction how to compile and why is your way better, similar to how @tannerhelland did here: https://github.com/tannerhelland/PCRE2-VB6-DLL
