Extracting aco file output too long and incorrect colors hex

HI,
I'm using the script to extract aco file.
While the colors names are correct, the color hex is too long an incorrect.
Using an online aco viewer, I see the correct hex codes.
Any suggestions on what might be the issue?

@Adir207 could you share more details about incorrect hex colors? Some examples of what you get from the swatch and what you see in the online tool?
