Migrate to Discord for contributors communication?

We are currently using Telegram for instant communication. It has the benefit of centralizing all discussions in a single place and being wildy used by the web3 community. However there are a few limitations :

• We don't have a place to display static informations of the project: github address, product backlog, roadmap, smart contract address (when deployed)
• No options for voice call: sometimes it can be useful to jump in a voicecall to fix a specific issue (for example discussion between) but also for community calls
• No integrations with third-parties like GitHub: can be useful to get live-updates on the repository (ex: new PR)

We could benefit from the use of Discord. It has voice-chat, possibility of multiple channels and a webhook integration that allows us to plug to GitHub.

Example of a first simple organisation could be the following:

Migration strategy

• 11/19: communication on Telegram about the switch
• 11/19: add invite link in convo and pin message
• 11/19: keep telegram channel opened
• 11/19: change links in socials
• 11/26: close messages on Telegram

We'll keep open a suggestion channel to ensure we cover all use-cases actually covered by Telegram
