Got some troubles after upgrading to 4.0.0.

Hello everyone,
I am using 3.1.0 version WPF-UI and it works well.
However, some troubles appear after I updated to 4.0.0 with Nuget, including :

1. INavigableView has been moved to Wpf.Ui.Abstractions.Controls from Wpf.Ui.Controls.
2. Didn't support IPageService anymore....(Not sure how to fix it)

And I also checked Visual Studio template plug-in and it is still an old version 3.0.4.
Can anyone help on checking older version upgrade ?
