- Ubuntu 20.04 is not supported any longer as CI runner
- ILP32 is a valid ABI on AIX as well
f55039b removed all usage of `LTC_SOURCE`, but I missed to remove it from the makefiles etc. Signed-off-by: Steffen Jaeckel <s@jaeckel.eu>

contrib/libtomcrypt.cmake is a snippet that can be used by any CMake based project that wants to link with libtomcrypt, no matter if it was installed with libtomcrypt-config.cmake or libtomcrypt.pc. Fixes #681
