Windows MDP 2.3.0: Window Maximized Improperly #95
Description
BUG: When launching under windows 10 the MDP 2.3.0 is not properly maximizing to fill the screen properly. The Top and Bottom are expanded but the title bar is not visible and the bottom is below the toolbar.
New Request: The last position should be saved at close, so on next open, the last position is restored.
