Add ability for agents to query the doc

Mechanically this is working well for me in VS Code, but the code results are noticeably worse than with the MATLAB GPT on chatgpt.com, and I'm guessing a big reason why is it queries the MATLAB documentation, which I don't think this MCP server has enabled. Specifically, I'm trying to use some of the newer code coverage APIs in MATLAB Test, which is something I don't expect any base model to handle well on its own. The MATLAB GPT leveraged the MATLAB Test APIs almost perfectly, while my VS Code agent (GPT-5 mini) could hardly get any part of it right.
