Boot Issue

Hi, I hope you are doing well

Appreciate your work on this EFI, I have followed a couple of the videos on youtube but none get me a functioning EFI for my Optiplex 3050. Specs are as follows:

Optiplex 3050 MFF
Dell OEM Board (obviously)
Intel Core i5 7500
16Gb RAM
Standard 2.5" SSD

I was able to follow this video to create an EFI:

This all worked fine and dandy. However, After the installer had completed. My APFS Partition (Macintosh HD) did not exist, only EFI, Installer, Recovery and reset NVRAM.
I figured ah maybe the installer didnt actually finish. But when I clicked installer, I got a reboot loop.

So I figured I would start fresh but with your EFI. I regenerated to iMac 19,1 as suggested, but when i boot to this, I only get Macintosh HD, however my boot get stuck at:

com.apple.xpc.launchd|2025-a

Any ideas?

Update:

I seem to be getting stuck in different places every reboot, swapped to a new SSD (not that it should matter) loaded up my USB, booted to EFI and now stuck at KextLog: Loading FileSet KC(s)
