I tried deploying mem0 to a production-like environment for internal service use, but I noticed that it lacks several key features compared to the official cloud version. For example, there is no authentication system, user login functionality, and it uses SQLite for storing history records. This makes me think that the self-host version may not yet meet production-ready standards.
So I’d like to ask:
What are the main differences between the self-host version and the official cloud version?
Is it recommended to use the self-host version in a production environment?
