Discussion link missing in " Join the Conversation"

Expected Behavior

On this Page. The "Join the Conversation" section is currently missing the expected discussion link. Users are unable to navigate to the discussion forum or comment section as intended, which may lead to confusion or reduce engagement.

Fix: Update discussion forum URL to correct domain

• Changed from http://discuss.meshery.io/ to https://discuss.layer5.io/
• Fixes broken link in 'Join the Conversation' section
• Users can now navigate to discussion forum properly
• Resolves community engagement issues
