Cannot delete anything with MFCMAPI

Hello, I`m trying to permanently (hard delete) some items in the Deleted Items folder but after trying to delete them nothing happens.

Sometimes this happens if your mailbox has exceeded your RecoverableItemsQuota. If this is Exchange or Exchange Online, have a look with Get-MailboxStatistics and see what your size of TotalDeletedItemSize shows.

It has reached 100GB. What can I do in that case?
