Get Workspace / Semantic Model Storage Mode information

Hello,
I am looking to retrieve the Workspace and Semantic Model Storage Mode through Semantic Link Lab.
I've researched but didn't find anything convincing.
Is there a way to get this information ?

My goal: Cross-regional migration of workspaces (no Fabric items). Identify where Large Semantic Model Storage Mode is enabled, switch to small (set_semantic_model_storage_format()), reassign, switch back to large.
