Is this a .NET 10 SDK issue?

Using 10.0.100-preview.2.25164.34

I assume you are using dotnet.config?

We used to use MicrosoftTestingPlatform instead of Microsoft.Testing.Platform. But in Preview 3, Microsoft.Testing.Platform will be the correct value.
