Troubles with kemono.party

Hi. I'd like to start off by saying that I love this project and that it has been useful a lot of times. Unfortunately, I've been having problems when using it to download files from kemono.party. I'd like to know if there's a fix. The version of gallery-dl that I'm currently using is 1.18.3-dev. I've seen people talk about this problem and what looks like a fix, but I'm not able to make it work and would like to know if someone can help me out.
