Actions bot permissions

The Python code contained in .github/script.py works efficiently in a local environment.
But once in production it doesn't seem to have access to the git commit messages that the sync-leetcode actions created.

The result is a complete N/A for the runtime and memory columns.

Potential solutions to work on

• The bot uses a personal token which uses the action secret to obtain the right access permissions.
