AVCodecContext release_buffer #35
Description
I have an error while compiling the Tutorial07.c
release_buffer is not a member of AVCodecContext. The version of ffmpeg that I used is 4.1. I could not found the alternative of release_buffer. It is obsolute in 4.1.
