Tutorial code does not run

The code from https://napari.org/stable/tutorials/segmentation/annotate_segmentation.html
is not actually runnable, because of a typo in the variable name features -> feature.

Easy to fix, but it makes me think: didn't we have a machinery to ensure this kind of code is run on docs generation and the output used for the images?

That whole file is static code cells:

and the images are from /static

But yes, it would be good to update these so they are runnable notebooks!

Edit: to elaborate:
Some of our tutorials are notebooks with code cells that are actually executed. But not all.
e.g. Viewer tutorial.
The key is using

```{code-cell} python

and not just

```python

The first is a runnable code-cell, the 2nd is just markdown formatting.

I don't remember why this is so, but I suspect it may have been due to performance issues (i.e. the docs would take forever to run). Now that we have better options for CI, we can investigate making it all executable.
