Missing command palette video

On 0.6.3 stable, the command palette gif is missing, with a :art: instead

Starting with release 0.6.0, you can use the [command palette](command-palette) to launch any command. :art:

Does anyone know what :art: is supposed to do? it's not doing it I don't think...

Looking at #796 it doesn't look like the changes were intentional or discussed at all? I don't know why they are there. I think we can just revert them.

I assume the idea was to just make the blurb shorter and move content to the Highlights page. I'm fine with that. the :art: part is puzzling and makes it look like a bug/something missing.

When @willingc proposed the change is assumed it was just to add an emoji, but I guess I misunderstood?

Anyways, the removal was intentional becaause i added the link to its own page, where the viideo now lives.

Boom, a painters palette. So that's what it's supposed to be, but apparently we don't support that--or perhaps any emoji?

I'm ok with removing the video, but I would definitely remove the :art: and maybe put back the short cut? I think most people will "get it" if they try it, without following the link to the other guide. And if they don't get it, they have the link still.

This is probably a myst extension we can add to parse emojis. I can submit a PR if we like emojis (I personally do!)

OK! lets resolve this by:

1. adding whatever we need to show the 🎨 emoji. Maybe https://sphinxemojicodes.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ ?
2. Providing the keybinding (cmd/ctrl-shift-P) in the admonition, so a user can just dive in.
