Installation guidelines

Hi, 

this might be a naive question, but how do I install the python modules included in this repository? 

I have seen tutorials working with the "Variation Services" directory using the navs module, but there seem to be no installation instructions. Is it just meant to be imported from the relative path to leverage the work?

Advice would be appreaciated.
