Current Behavior
It is currently not possible to generate tailwind css with version 4.x
Expected Behavior
Proposal:
Have the ability to generate next.js with tailwind version 4.x (for more information on v4.x see here (https://tailwindcss.com/blog/tailwindcss-v4 )

It has been requested on the PR: #29810 but no one has looked into it yet.
