yarn create nx-workspace uses package-lock.json not yarn.lock

Currently running yarn create nx-workspace uses npm style package-lock.json which defies the use of yarn create.
Also how about adding yarn create nx-workspace in Home Page because npm is pretty much work only as package hosting and manager is dead.
