Oasis transactions when summed up does not match the balance of the address

When we see the balance of the address "oasis1qzaxekk6ztt96aps45f8zsplxylwxm93tu455uz7" it is 0 but when we sum up the transactions it is -3.
Is there anything missing over here.

When verified further the 3 ROSE were withdrawn from the Sapphire paratime, as can be seen here: https://explorer.oasis.io/mainnet/sapphire/address/oasis1qzaxekk6ztt96aps45f8zsplxylwxm93tu455uz7

But we are not able to get the data of block 1,925,989 , is there a way that we can read the data from sapphire paratime chain of oasis

good find on the sapphire withdrawal. they are not consensus layer transactions, so they don't show in that view. https://explorer.oasis.io/mainnet/consensus/address/oasis1qzaxekk6ztt96aps45f8zsplxylwxm93tu455uz7/events#events view the events for a full view of the consensus side's account with that address.

this rosetta implementation can't express paratime blocks. could you see if you get the consensus side of the withdrawal in consensus block 17404696 though
