Release v.3.10.0

The original repo that was stale has 3.9.0. as the last release.
As this repo is the current active fork, it would be good to that release available here as well.
It will allow for a switch to this repo without having to rely on master.

It will also help us figuring out how to release in the future.

Quite some changes in the codebase since 3.9.0. both fixes and feats (blink support).

I think there's a few more things I want to address before making the release

• better makefile feat: makefile is friendlier #49

• sandbox Snippet for creating a sandboxed environment #39

• checkhealth module

• blink is not very stable bug with blink integration for creating a new note/link #44

I have already made the release, since the blink situation will be irrelevant if #52 lands
I will go ahead and make that reddit post next.
