It'd be great if the GoLang SDK had support for V2 of the Okta Identity Governance API

It looks like these endpoints aren't represented in okta-management-openapi-spec

I'm not sure if this is because:

• There is no OpenAPI Spec for these endpoints
• The okta-management-openapi-spec Mirror of Okta's internal OpenAPI Spec hasn't been updated in a few months
