Extreme Computer-breaking Bug for SwitchHosts

Process of usage:

1. Install SwitchHosts through Chocolatey
2. Open SwitchHosts with Admin, added blocklists from StevenBlack and EnergizedProtection (particularly the IPv6 version of Ultimate)
3. Attempt to turn on Energized HOST file to see if it works
4. Realized that the internet ceased working since had browser on even if it is connected and can be pinged by IP
5. Cannot switch HOST file with Admin in SwitchHosts, HOST file is "being used by another service"
6. ipconfig /flushdns chokes up when the DNS Service is on
7. realize that this DNS Service cannot be killed on task manager OR Services Panel
8. ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew does nothing to the situation
9. Turning it off through regedit leads to excessive CPU usage in Delivery Optimization but ipconfig /flushdns works
10. ipconfig /registerdns will not work if DNS Service is not on.
11. All of these and the HOST file is still locked up by some unknown process
12. Having a default DNS Server like Quad9 set up does not help with this resource hogging
13. Turning off IPv6 and DNS Service and then repeating ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew seemed to work
14. Now it is SearchHost.exe locking up the file instead, which cannot be turned off in the Services Panel

Guess:

1. It is likely the DNS Service that broke as cache
2. When it is turned off it pushes a lot of workload to Delivery Optimization
3. Also HOST file being locked is not helping the situation to allow for a reset
4. HOST file for IPv6 vs IPv4, and large HOST files, might need some warning about that
5. It may be that the HOST file is too big for the system to handle, causing this issue in the first place
