Load factors are handled in app.py, it is getting in and getting out of core.py without affecting the results except the "input_values". May create misunderstanding about the location of load factoring.

However, other parts need fixing in this case. Therefore, we can let core take the gamma_d. Feel free to reject the PR since it doesn't cause any problem.
