Error when compile winexe-waf

Hi,

I am unable to compile winexe-waf. I follow the entire issue #12 (comment)
Here is my first error :
Waf: The wscript in '/tmp/winexe/winexe/source/smb_static' is unreadable
Next to that, many errors.

Context : ubuntu 18.04.5 x64
Please, could you help me ?

execfile is deprecated
edit smb_static/wscript
use exec(open("wscript").read()) instead
