Comparison to flathunter? #202

I saw (and found you) through flathunter and I know you know the project: flathunters/flathunter#685 That said, they both seem to have the same idea/aim, so what is the advantage over flathunter of this project? Or differences in general? |

Hey, I keep wondering about this question, especially how to even answer it. What has more benefits than the other? I’d say it really comes down to taste. Flathunter is a great tool, made by people who clearly put a lot of effort (and probably late nights) into it. I really appreciate that they’re doing all of this for free for the community. It’s hard to compare the two and I’m definitely not here to compete, which is also why I made the immoscout reverse-engineering part available to them. Anyway, if you take a look at both projects, you’ll see that Flathunter doesn’t have a UI. On the flip side, they’ve been putting a ton of energy into captcha solving, which I very intentionally did not... I think both Flathunter and Fredy trying to solve the same problem but in different styles. |
